Paying for Pensions with Traffic Tickets

I received a speeding ticket on September 1st 2009 and I was looking up on google “easiest online traffic school” and I found a yahoo answer that can’t be any truer. Sorry, I’m just bitter and mad. I’ll get over it. Two tickets for two different things in less than a month grrrr.

Question: How does the city come up $64 for traffic school process fee?
I got a moving violation ticket for not stopping at the traffic sign for full 3 seconds. This in Walnut, Los Angeles. I have to pay $276 ticket fee + $64 traffic school process fee to the city and additional traffic school fee. Just wondering why the ‘traffic school process fee’ is so high? What exactly do they have to process that’ll require 8 hours (based on CA $7.75 minimum salary) of work? The fee is the same if I pay it online and everything will get processed by computer.

Answer: Somebody has to pay for all free rent , food and hospital charges for all babies of illegals., and then there is all the state government retirees that get 60,000 a year with annual cost of living increases.
Just keep voting for all those for all those liberals that you have elected in Sacratomato , Ca.

Where do think all the money Calif spends comes from ?
Calif is bankrupted,, has been for years.
So now they will attach fees and lies to everything they can.
Because they cant raise taxes any higher than they have.
The cops have become revenue collectors
